Lifting Weights

We offer 1-on-1 training, small group training, and large group training to fit whatever your personal fitness goals may be. We know results matter and our certified professionals can help get you there.

Weight Trainer

1-on-1 Training

We offer our members the opportunity to work one on one with any of our certified exercise professionals. Incorporating resistance exercise into your routine can help prevent plateaus in your results and can assist in achieving your fitness goals quicker.

Small Group Training

If you enjoy being social AND working directly with one of our coaches we offer small group training for groups of

2-5 individuals. These sessions can have functional training, circuit training, or any number of fun group training exercises.
